Lawn + Land Plan
Weekly mowing, edging, trimming, and debris clearing for properties that are mostly grass and hardscape. Every visit closes with a date-stamped photo log.

Full Property Plan
Everything in Lawn + Land, plus garden bed maintenance, shrub and hedge trimming, and full spring and fall transitions — one crew, one flat rate, one photo log.
Best for: garden-rich homes, multi-unit properties, and sites where appearance is part of the job.
Monster Kickoff Package
A one-time spring bundle — full cleanup, first mow and edge, mulch install — at a flat rate, with no contract and a photo log to close it out. Try Monster before you commit to a season.

Customize Your Plan
Garden-only spaces, estates, and multi-site portfolios do not fit preset scopes — so we walk the site, build the scope with you, and quote it flat.

Every Monster crew runs on a GPS-tracked fleet. Every visit ends with a photo log and a digital service record. Every account has a person responsible for it. You do not have to wonder whether the work happened — you can look.
Behind it is Monster's own custom-built operations platform — in-house software, not an off-the-shelf contractor app — with AI-assisted dispatch and routing, service documentation, and weather monitoring. Crews carry it into the field: ~100 field tablets plus staff devices, all running Monster's own employee portal, logging work in real time. Most contractors have a truck and a phone. Monster has an operating system.
